Customs clearance, customs duties and taxes
Customs packages for non-EU packages list the value of items included in the delivery by product type. We reserve the right to provide such information to customs for the purposes of simplifying the process for our customers or for legal obligations. Customs can open packages for control, we have no control over that.
If the order is a gift, the package will be labeled “Gift”. The prices of the articles are still shown in the customs form. We are currently unable to describe the content in any other way.
Customs or import fees will be charged once the package reaches your country. Customs clearance fees are at your expense. We have no control over these charges and can not predict their amount.
