Three weeks before the Mr. Olympia 2023, Hany Rambod conducts an intensive FST2022 chest training with Mr. Olympia 2022 Hadi Choopan and Mr. Olympia 7 runner-up Derek Lunsford to put the finishing touches on their competition preparation.
This is the first time Rambod has used the two Mr. Olympia favorites as teammates as he prepares for the title. Both athletes have very different training styles: Hadi loves volume and typically does 8 different exercises with 4-5 sets per exercise, while Derek keeps things simple. Which style is better?
