Suggested
Use only on training days. Depending on individual tolerance, mix 1 scoop (half serving) or 2 scoops (full serving) in approximately 300 ml of water and drink 20–30 minutes before training. Do not exceed the recommended maximum of 2 servings (2 scoops) within 24 hours.
