Evogen Beta-Alanine – Pure Beta-Alanine Powder
Why Evogen Beta-Alanine?
- Pure beta-alanine without flavor, colorings or additional stimulants – you decide how much you use.
- It is frequently used by strength and fitness athletes around intensive training sessions, e.g. with high repetitions or interval training.
- Ideal if your pre-workout already contains beta-alanine and you want to fine-tune the amount to your personal tolerance threshold.
- Can be flexibly combined with other supplements, e.g. pre-workout, EAA/BCAA or post-workout shakes.
- Neutral in taste – can simply be stirred into water, juice or shakes.
- Short-term tingling sensations ("pricking") on the skin after ingestion are typical for beta-alanine and are usually harmless.
Who is beta-alanine suitable for?
- For experienced athletes who train hard regularly and want to specifically individualize their supplement routine.
- For athletes who are familiar with pre-workouts and want to dose beta-alanine separately, rather than being tied to a fixed mixture.
- For those who want to build their pre-workout shake in a "modular" way – e.g., combining creatine, citrulline, caffeine and beta-alanine separately.
Ingredients & Nutritional Information
| Ingredient | per serving (approx. 3,2 g) | per 100g |
|---|---|---|
| Beta-alanine | 3.200 mg | 100.000 mg |
Suggested
Depending on your needs, mix one serving of beta-alanine (see measuring scoop instructions on the label) with water or another beverage and consume it around the time of your workout. Many athletes take beta-alanine about 20–30 minutes before training or in two smaller portions spread throughout the day.
The temporary tingling sensation on the skin or face (paresthesia) typical of beta-alanine may occur and is usually harmless, but some people find it unpleasant. In this case, reducing the portion size and/or dividing it into several smaller doses throughout the day may help. The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded.
