What is the best way to take the baking soda capsules?
The recommended daily dose is 4 capsulesTaken with plenty of water. Many users divide the dose: 2 capsules in the morning, 2 capsules in the afternoon.
Why are the capsules enteric-coated (DRcaps®)?
DRcaps® dissolve only in the intestines. This means that the sodium bicarbonate enters the digestive tract more slowly – more pleasantly and better tolerated than conventional baking soda.
Who should only use baking soda after consulting with a doctor?
People on a low-sodium diet, with high blood pressure, kidney disease, or who regularly take medication should seek medical advice beforehand.
Can I open the capsules and take the powder inside?
Technically possible, but not recommended – the enteric coating will be lost.
