Refund & Returns Policy


Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Some types of goods are excluded from return. Perishable goods such as groceries, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Intimate and hygiene items, hazardous materials and flammable liquids or gases are also not accepted.

Other items that cannot be returned:

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically returned to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. It often takes some time for a refund to be posted.

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
In the case of dietary supplements, bumps and dents in the packaging cannot be exchanged; the content of the goods is important here.

Returns & Refunds

To return your product, please mail it to the following address: {}.

You will have to pay the shipping costs for returning your item yourself. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, it may take a different amount of time for the exchanged product to reach you.

If you are returning more expensive items, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
