The Shipping costs depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. We offer free shipping for orders over 95,- EUR (within Germany).

How long will it take before I receive my order?

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method you choose, but standard shipping usually takes 1-7 business days.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price, provided the item is in its original condition and unused.


Opened products are excluded from the right of return.

How can I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

Where are the products shipped from?

We work with several warehouses to ensure efficient and fast delivery:


  • MRM products are shipped from warehouse 1 in Germany.
  • Evogen products are shipped from warehouse 2 (Germany) or warehouse 3 (Poland) depending on availability.
  • We ship all other products mainly from warehouse 4 in Germany. In rare cases, shipping takes place from warehouse 3 in Poland.

Thanks to this distribution, we can guarantee you fast delivery times and smooth shipping.

Orders

We accept the most important credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, advance payment and Klarna (Klarna is only accepted by the system in some countries).

Can I change or cancel my order after I have placed it?

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once the order has been processed we may not be able to make any changes.
