RECOMMENDED USE
Mix 2 scoops (30g) with 500ml water or milk in an Applied Nutrition shaker (the less liquid, the thicker the shake will be). Shake and consume. For optimal results, take just before bed, but can also be taken between meals or 2-3 times a day.
