RECOMMENDED USE
Mix 1 measuring spoon (approx. 25 g) with 200 ml of water or skimmed milk.
Use 1-3 servings daily depending on your protein needs.
ISO-XP is quickly absorbed, so the optimal times for use are when you need protein quickly. This includes immediately upon waking, before breakfast, and immediately after exercise. Many athletes consume double the portion (50g) after training because the body can process a larger amount of protein when exhausted.
