Yamamoto® Nutrition Bcaa POWDER 8:1:1 is a dietary supplement containing Branched Chain Amino Acids in a ratio of 8:1:1, indicated to supplement athletes' diets.
The product is enriched with vitamin B1, which contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, and vitamin B6, which reduces tiredness and fatigue.
The branched chain amino acids (BCAA) are an important group of essential amino acids consisting of leucine, isoleucine and valine. BCAA is one of the nine essential amino acids for humans because our body is unable to produce it itself.
The only sources of supply are the daily diet or food supplements.
The Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAA) comprise 35% of the essential amino acids in muscle proteins.
Leucine, isoleucine and valine are essential amino acids that are provided by varying dietary protein intake.

Ingredients: BCAA Blend [L-Leucine, L-Valine, L-Isoleucine] Acid: Citric Acid; Flavourings, sweetener: sucralose, colour: paprika extract, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl), vitamin B1 (thiamine HCl).
How to use: add 1 1/2 scoops (5,5g) in 150ml of water or other favorite beverage and take once a day before or right after your workout or competition. On non-workout days the product can be taken at any time of the day.
