The goal in the development phase was to achieve the best possible taste sensation while maintaining the same nutritional quality. And that has been implemented perfectly by the ESN development team. The new flavors actually form a perfect interplay of taste, smell and mouthfeel!
Due to the unique combination of the high-quality premium raw materials Whey Protein Concentrate (WPC) and Whey Protein Isolate (WPI), Designer Whey is very easy to digest on the one hand and a fast and persistent supplier of active peptides and amino acids on the other.
Thanks to the high proportion of whey isolate, which increases by up to 45% depending on taste, it also contains many biologically active whey protein fractions such as lactoferrin, immunoglobulins and macropeptides, which optimally promote nutrient supply and regeneration. Of course, this is also supported by the high proportion of essential amino acids (EAA proportion 48%) and branched-chain amino acids (BCAA proportion 23%).
Incidentally, the cold-friendly production of the Designer Whey Proteins is decisive for the high biological availability! Only this low-temperature process guarantees micro and ultra filtration without the effects of heat! As is well known, this minimizes the denaturation of the sensitive protein building blocks and their biological effectiveness is thus completely retained!
Because of its low carbohydrate and fat content, Designer Whey Protein is also very versatile! Athletes use it to enhance their meals and designers now refer to whey as the ultimate post-workout shake! It is also gratifying that fitness and nutrition-conscious customers tell us about their positive experiences with their successful weight management! That doesn't surprise us, because in addition to the guaranteed quality from our own production, the taste and solubility are of course excellent. The instant powder can not only be mixed into a creamy protein shake, but also easily worked into yoghurt, quark, porridge or pancakes.
For one serving, mix 30 g of powder with 200 ml of water in a shaker. You're done and can enjoy our delicious Designer Whey. And for even more full-bodied taste, mix your Designer Whey with the same amount of milk or a milk alternative. But note that this will change the nutritional values.
