Mix 30 g ISOCLEAR® (measuring spoon inside) with 500 ml cold water in a shaker and let it rest for 1-2 minutes - best in the freezer for maximum refreshment. Consuming up to three 30g servings per day is recommended; e.g. after getting up, after training or even during, as a protein-rich refreshing drink.
