Suggested
As a dietary supplement, take 1–2 capsules with plenty of water (200–400 ml) once or twice daily – e.g., once in the morning and/or once in the afternoon. Drink at least 6–8 glasses of water throughout the day.
Maximum daily dose: 4 capsules. Do not take more than 4 capsules within 24 hours and do not use with alcohol.
