How do I take it?
Take 1 measuring spoon (42 g) with 175 ml of water. For better results, take 2 scoops (84g) with 350ml of water.
When should I take it?
Take immediately after training. If you don't exercise that day, take your portion in the morning when you wake up.
Why is my bottle only half full?
Our powders are filled by weight and not by volume. The manufacturing process requires a certain functional space and some settling may occur after bottling. Rest assured that the exact number of servings stated on the label is also in the bottle!
