What is PeptoBol®?

PeptoBol® is a dietary supplement for athletes who engage in intense and sustained physical activity. Casein hydrolysates (PeptoPro®) are derived from casein (milk protein, known for its slow digestion) that undergoes hydrolysis, an artificial process of enzymatic digestion in which peptide bonds of proteins are cleaved, making them into smaller molecules, with the peptides digested and absorbed faster in the intestine, which contributes to the processes of maintenance and growth of muscle mass typical of proteins.

The creation of "PeptoBol®" was not just a fashion but, typical of the Yamamoto® nutritional philosophy, a scientifically proven choice.

PeptoBol® is formulated with hydrolysed caseins (PeptoPro®) and contains a high percentage (70/80%) of small di- and tripeptides that can quickly enter the bloodstream for that delicate moment after exercise, ideal if not essential.
