Consumption recommendation of the manufacturer:

Mix 1/2 scoop (5,1 g) of HYDE Nightmare with 120 ml of cold water and consume 15-30 minutes before an intensive training or competition.

Do not exceed 1 scoop (10,2 g) per day.

Do not take HYDE Nightmare within 4 hours of bedtime. Do not take other products that contain caffeine or stimulants while taking HYDE Nightmare.
