The chained amino acids (BCAA's) are an important group of essential amino acids consisting of leucine, isoleucine and valine.

The BCAA's are among the nine essential amino acids in humans, as our body cannot produce them. The only source is through daily supplementation. On the other hand, they account for 35% of the essential amino acids in muscle proteins. Leucine, isoleucine and valine are essential amino acids that can be obtained from various dietary proteins from different sources. BCAA's can also be taken through dietary supplements, which is particularly recommended for intensive training sessions or physical work. Our BCAA formula contains a 2:1:1 ratio of leucine, isoleucine and valine.

Suggested Take 1-3 portions of BCAA 6400 daily, before and after training, and at any other time, such as bedtime.
