Essential BCAA amino acid

The chained amino acids (BCAAs) are an important group of essential amino acids consisting of leucine, isoleucine and valine. The BCAAs are among the nine essential amino acids in humans because they can not be produced by the body. Their only source is about the daily food or nutritional supplement.

On the other hand, they have a 35% share of the essential amino acids in muscle proteins. Leucine, isoleucine and valine are indispensable amino acids which have to be taken in from various sources through the intake of various nutritional proteins. CAA's can also be taken in through food supplements, particularly recommended for intensive training sessions or physical exertion. BCAA-X contains a 2: 1: 1 ratio of leucine, isoleucine and valine and is available as a precise, practically dosed capsule form.

Suggested Take 1 serving (2 capsules) a day, preferably before training or before bed (on non-training days).
