Daily Vita-Min is an advanced multi-vitamin and mineral formula with 24 active ingredients and time-release. It is characterized by its high dosage of the vitamin B complex, vitamin C and vitamin D (1000% RDA), plus essential minerals including chromium, selenium and zinc.
