The chained amino acids (BCAAs) are an important group of essential amino acids consisting of leucine, isoleucine and valine. The BCAAs are among the nine essential amino acids in humans because they can not be produced by the body. Their only source is about the daily food or nutritional supplement.
On the other hand, they account for 35% of the essential amino acids of muscle proteins. As well as Vitamin B5, B6 and B12 are included in the recipe. These vitamins contribute to normal energy metabolism and reduce fatigue and fatigue.
Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) is linked to the normal synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones, vitamin D and some neurotransmitters. Vitamin B6 plays a role in the normal protein and glycogen metabolism and together with B12, in the normal function of the immune system *.
