Olimp Glutamine 1400 MegaCaps are high dose capsules (1400mg per capsule) of L-glutamine. L-glutamine is one of the nonessential amino acids found in the blood and muscle cells that can be synthesized by the body itself. It can be used by both performance and amateur athletes and is often taken in diets as an additional supplement. Since L-glutamine is only sparingly soluble in water, Olimp has opted for the capsule form for convenient and easy ingestion. Up to three portions (1 portion = 1 capsule) can be used per day.
This product is recommended for athletes as well as recreational athletes who feel exhausted. In a diet, it should not be missing.
