As the name suggests, it only contains 2 calories per spray!* So if you use the cooking spray instead of the tablespoon of oil that is commonly used for frying, you can save a whopping 100 calories and, incidentally, benefit from unsaturated fatty acids. And that's not all: Thanks to the precise spray attachment, you can dose the oil perfectly and only use as much as you need.
